Yoga for Strength & Stability (Level 1-2 & up)
The focus for this class is on strengthening and stabilizing the limbs and core, and their connection, through yoga. Feel more stable in a wider variety of movements, to ultimately feel more freedom. No major injuries please.
9:15 - 10:45am
This class is appropriate for those with 3 or more months of consistent practice. It focuses on developing a strong understanding of the basic yoga postures to create foundational strength and flexibility, and confidence and enjoyment in the practice.
All Lake House classes are 1st come 1st serve. It’s a small studio and sometimes class can be very full. On a RARE occasion there may not be enough room for you to stay. Please check back here for cancellations due to weather, or other circumstances.
