Take your practice to new heights in this four-session series designed for seasoned beginners and up. Iyengar Yoga Level 2 is appropriate for those with 6 months or more of consistent yoga practice. It is helpful to have prior Iyengar yoga experience, but not necessary if you have foundational knowledge of yoga asana in other styles. Level 2 classes begin to explore a wider variety of poses, and more complex poses from all categories. This series will include a themed focus for each session including forward bends, backward bends, arm balancing and inversions. Sign up HERE!
