This class is meant to quiet and calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and increase self awareness.
From 6:30 - 7:45pm we will do basic and gentle postures, breathing exersizes, and sit for concentration and meditation.
From 8 - 9:15pm we will chant and do further study/discussion on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, section TBA. If you have any interest in yoga philosophy please come join us.
