Jill Ganassi is trained in an unusual mix of healing arts — psychotherapy,
hypnosis and yoga. All of these, individually or in combination, can be very
effective in addressing the body, mind, and spirit. Jill works with each of her
clients to find the right mix for their unique needs and comfort levels.

in your ability to protect yourself.
Then there are the subtler but equally important reasons, such as
the psychological benefits of training oneself in self-defense techniques
to gain more confidence, to get in touch with your sense of power and
to build self esteem and a broader self definition of ones strength and power. It can help to change feelings of fear and vulnerability to a
sense of peace and confidence. It is also an activity that builds strength, hand-eye coordination, balance and dexterity in body and mind.
