I am now offering a CD for the beginning yoga student who has
already been taking classes and wants to start practicing at home
but needs some direction.
The CD has 15, 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions, to easily fit in to
your schedule. Each session has a variety of poses that will help
develop a strong foundation, building strength and flexibility in the
body as well as balance and focus in the mind.
