Week 1
Honest and objective, compassionate confrontation of Self.
Realistic assessment of what can be changed through hard work
and perseverance.
Through asking the right questions we discover together what the causes of stress are and the patterns that perpetuate it.
Non-judgmental contemplation, observation and reflection.
Journaling, recording of behavior, habits, thoughts, food, sleep, etc.
Week 2
Assessment of results. Decisions about what to address.
Intention setting. Goal creation. Determination of methods to be utilized.
Week 3
Initial training in chosen approaches and tools to be used to address stress.
Week 4
Assessment of the fit of chosen tools, obstacles and progression.
Reinforcement of goals and commitment to change.
